Sermon Outline:

Big Idea: In a world of shifting allegiances, the church, bearing the seal of the Lamb, stands firm in their redemption, having received a righteousness that is not their own.

  1. The seal of the Lamb.
  2. The church's redemption.
  3. The righteousness of Christ.

Bible Fellowship Group Study Questions:

  1. In Revelation 14:1, we read that the 144,000 have the seal of the Lamb and His Father's name written on their foreheads. What significance does this seal hold for believers today? How does it provide assurance and protection in our faith journey?
  2. Revelation 14:3 describes a new song that only the redeemed can sing. What do you think this "new song" represents in the context of the passage? How can we, as believers, join in this song of redemption and express our gratitude for what Christ has done?
  3. Revelation 14:4-5 speaks of those who have not defiled themselves and are considered blameless. What is the relationship between the righteousness of Christ and our personal holiness and purity? How can we strive to live blameless lives while recognizing our complete reliance on Christ's righteousness?
  4. How can we practically apply the message of Revelation 14:1-5 in our daily lives as believers? In what ways can we stand firm in our redemption and share the message of Christ's saving work with others, even in a world filled with shifting allegiances and distractions?
