Children's Ministry

Our Nursery

The experienced volunteers* that staff Mayflower's nursery serve families of children ages infant to four years old. Cribs are available for napping little ones; toys and stories, too. The service is live-streamed into the nursery for parents who need or prefer to remain with their children. At the end of the worship service, all toys are cleaned and the nursery is disinfected with an antimicrobial fogger. All nursery staff are screened and CORI checked.

Discipletown for K through Fifth Grade

Discipletown is the greatest of all time in the world of children's church curriculum! And it is coming to Mayflower this fall! Children will be immersed in the Scripture through fun activities and study of the Bible. Parents are given the encouragement and tools needed to continue discipleship at home. Help us plan your child's experience at Discipletown by completing family pre-registration in the Church Center App below. All Discipletown Teachers and Helpers are screened and CORI checked.

Children in the Service

Children who remain in the service are encouraged to participate with the adults and youth. Parents can encourage their children to sing and respond in the service as they learn to engage in worship in an age-appropriate way. For their interaction with the sermon, older children are provided with a Sermon Notes Page in order to take notes.

Mayflower takes the safety of all children very seriously. Our child safety system includes a check-in kiosk that provides name labels for each child and security labels for their parents/guardians. Children will only be released to the person with the proper security label.

Upon arrival, you can search the check-in kiosk by last name or last four digits of your mobile number and quickly print the security labels for your entire family.

We use the Church Center App to make family pre-registration easy. Pre-registration opens at 8 am every Sunday. When you pre-register, you can scan the QR code on your phone at our check-in kiosk, and your child's labels will quickly print for you.
