Mayflower Church Knowledge Base
A knowledge base is important for a church like Mayflower because our church governance is congregational. This means that the congregation makes important decisions regarding staffing, large expenditures, and how we make decisions. We do not want some people to be "in the know," and others left out. We have created this knowledge base to facilitate healthy relationships around the church's mission, prevent conflict, and maximize the impact of the Gospel inside and outside the church.
